This website is operated by Harpal Uppal Personal Real Estate Corporation ("Harpal", "we"), a REALTOR® with LPT Realty in British Columbia. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site: your name, phone number, email address, preferred language, the property or listing you ask about, and your message. We also record which page the form was sent from.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange showings, prepare a home evaluation you requested, and, if you signed up, email you new listings. We do not sell or rent your information.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in Harpal's Google account (Google Forms and Sheets) and may be processed by Cloudflare, which hosts this site. These providers may store data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to help you with your real estate needs, and as required by real estate regulations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and you can unsubscribe from listing emails whenever you like.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email harpaluppalhomes@gmail.com or call 778-288-9771.
